1. Working in production/ maintenance of shop/ship/submarine
2. General cleanliness & upkeep of the section/unit
3. Carrying of files and other papers within the office area.
4. Photocopying, sending/ receiving of FAX, letters, etc.
5. Other non-clerical work like a diary, dispatch, etc including on computer
6. Delivering of Dak (inside & outside the section/unit)
7. Watch & ward duties.
8. Cleaning of building, fixture, etc.
9. The dusting of furniture etc.
10. Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants, etc.
11. Any other work assigned by a superior authority
