The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has extended the last date to change the exam centre for UPPSC PCS 2020 prelims. As per the official notification, applicants can avail the change in exam centre upto September 10, 2020. Earlier the last date to avail the change in exam centre facility was September 07, 2020.
The facility to change exam centre is available on the website of the Commission at uppsc.up.nic.in. Applicants can choose any of the three districts for the exam centre, as per their preferences. The Commission will allot the exam centre for UPPSC prelims to candidates as per the availability.
The Uttar Pradesh PCS 2020 preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on October 11, 2020. The examination will be held in the offline mode at various centres across the state. Around 6 lakh candidates have applied for the UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2020 this year. The application process for the UP PCS Prelims was commenced from April 21 to June 04, 2020.
UPPSC PCS Prelims 2020: How to Change Exam Centre?
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in
Step 2: Go to the Activity Dashboard and click on the link that says, “Submit Examination District:- CLICK HERE TO "SUBMIT THE CHOICE OF THE DISTRICT..."
Step 3: It will redirect you to the new page where you have to click on the Submit Examination District Choice
Step 4: Enter the login credentials and select the desired exam centre
Step 5: Submit the details and save the confirmation page for further reference.
