NEET UG 2022: Application Form Correction Facility To Begin Soon, Know Details That Can be Edited Here

NEET UG Correction Window 2022: After the conclusion of the NEET UG 2022 registration process, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is about to begin the application correction facility for the exam soon. Through the application edit window, candidates already registered for NEET UG 2022 will be provided a one-time opportunity to modify their application form details for the exam. Once the application edit window opens on the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in, candidates will be able to change their respective details in the application form.
NEET UG 2022: Date for the opening of application edit window

National Testing Agency (NTA), the official exam conducting body for NEET UG 2022 exam has not announced the dates on which it will initiate the process of application form corrections. However, a notification regarding the same is soon expected from NTA's side. After the NTA announces the date for application form correction facility, the link for the same will be activated on the official website of NEET.
 
NEET UG 2022: Details that can be modified in application form

Candidates who have applied for the NEET UG 2022 exam must take note of all the details that can be edited/changed in the application form.

The following details can be edited in Phase 1 application forms:

• Category
• Email address
• Nationality
• Gender

Under the Phase 2 application forms, candidates can modify the following details:

• Information about parents' income.
• Place of birth
• Personal details like residential address, minority category (if applicable) etc.
• Details about Educational qualifications
• Documents (Category certificate, PwBD certificate, Citizenship certificate, Class 10 certificate).

NEET UG 2022; Events after closure of application edit window

After the application edit window is closed by NTA, the admit cards for the exam will be released in the online mode for the candidates. The admit card will contain the very details mentioned by the candidates in their respective application forms. Candidates must preserve the admit card until the admission process is complete.

NEET UG 2022: Procedure to edit application form details

Candidates desirous of modifying the details mentioned in NEET UG 2022 application forms must follow the stepwise procedure described below.

1. Log on to the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in.
2. Click on the link to edit application forms for NEET UG 2022 exam, which will be provided soon.
3. You will end up on a new login page. Key in your NEET 2022 registration number and password.
4. The application form will appear on the screen in an editable format. Modify all the required fields and submit the details.
5. The OTP will be sent to your mobile number, entered during the time of NEET UG 2022 registration. Enter it and obtain a printout of the NEET UG 2022 correction slip.
