The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Bombay is to conclude the application form correction window for the GATE 2021 on November 13, 2020. Candidates who have registered for the exam can visit the official website and make the necessary changes required if any.
The facility to edit or modify the details is available online on the official website of the IIT GATE at gate.iitb.ac.in. Candidates can access the application form window by login through the user id and password. Eligible candidates can change their preferred GATE 2021 exam centre without paying any charges from October 28 to November 13. Candidates should note that the change of exam city is free while candidates will be charged extra Rs.500/- for Category and Paper Change.
This year, the IIT Bombay has also released the revised list of GATE 2021 exam centres. As per the latest updates, a total of 11 new test cities have been added in the GATE 2021 exam centre list.
GATE 2021: How to edit the application form?
Candidates can edit the GATE 2021 application form by following the simple steps given below.
Step 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website of IIT GATE at gate.iitb.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the 'Candidate's login' section
Step 3: The link will redirect the aspirants to the login page where candidates will be required to enter the required credentials
Step 4: Submit the details and the application form will be displayed on the screen
Step 5: Make the necessary changes if required and cross-check the application form
Step 6: Click on the final submit link and take a print of the confirmation page for further use.
