CUET 2022 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notice in regard to CUET 2022 registration on its official website today, on March 27, 2022. The notification states that the CUET 2022 registration window for Undergraduate courses will open on April 2, 2022. Candidates willing to apply for the exam can view the official notification on the NTA website at nta.ac.in.

CUET (UG) 2022: Mode of exam

The NTA informed in its latest notice that the CUET (UG) 2022 exam will be held as a Computer-based test (CBT). The notification read, "The CUET online application forms for the Undergraduate programmes will open from April 2, 2022. The link for the application forms will be activated on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in".

The notice further added that the details of the programmes offered by Central Universities are being published on their respective websites.

About CUET 2022 exam:

The CUET 2022 exam will be held in the month of July. The notification sheds light on the structure of CUET 2022 examination. It is noteworthy that for the first time, the NTA will conduct a common entrance test for providing admission to students in undergraduate courses in 45 central universities. However, the universities will still be able to decide their respective admission processes. The CUET scores are mandatory for admission to undergraduate courses in any of these 45 central universities.
 
The CUET exam 2022 is slated to be held for 27 domains, which include Accountancy, Biotechnology, Biology, Economics, History, Performing Arts (dance, music, theatre) and others. The entrance exam shall be conducted in 13 languages, which are namely; English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Assamese and Urdu.
 
The CUET 2022 exam will unfold in two shifts in a day. The duration of the exam will be three hours and the question paper will compulsorily include one language test, two domain specific tests and a general test.
