The Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) is all set to hold 'Open Campus Placement' for unemployed students.
Students pursuing their career in affiliated colleges of UPTU will get a chance to grab the job.
The camps will be held in Noida, Lucknow and some other prominent centres. More than ten MutiNational companies have been approached to visit such camps and offer the job opportunity to those unemployed students.
"The Open Campus Placement will be held to offer job to unemployed students, the datas from UPTU affiliated colleges has been demanded, Anil Singh, UPTU Placement Cell-incharge said .
This is the first time that a Govt University is holding such a programme to offer job. Acording to scheme students reading in affiliated colleges of UPTU across the state would participate in placement programme. Mutinational companies will offer job just after the completion of placement process.

The placement programme will be held in March- April. The final schedule has been prepared while the list of candidates from private and affiliated colleges have been demanded. In a circular issued to colleges the university has agreed to offer job to every student.
