UP Board teachers booked for helping students to cheat

UP Board exam invigilators have been booked for helping students to cheat, according to reports.

While 57 centres have been debarred, UP board has also cancelled examinations at 54 centres.


According to The Times of India,  RBM Inter College, Gomtinagar centre superintendent Uday Bhan Yadav, who is also the school principal and another invigilator Rajendra Verma were caught facilitating cheating.

Following paper mass cheating  reports from two  centres in Mathura, the Uttar Pradesh Board has launched Whatsapp Number (9454457241) for  registering complaints to prevent students using unfair means during exam.

While the class X English exam was cancelled on Monday,  the question paper was reportedly circulated via Whatsaap.

FIRS have been lodged against two class invigilators at Ganga Charan Inter College in  Barnahal and the superintendent  of Sarvodaya Inter Colllege in Rohela.
