Jharkhand: CM Raghubar Das lays foundation stone of medical colleges

New Delhi

Chief Minister Raghubar Das laid the foundationstone of three Medical colleges in Jharkhand on Thursday, three weeks after the announcement by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley while presenting the Union Budget 2017.

“AIIMS to be set up in Jharkhand,” said FMJaitley. 

While the CM Das separately laid the foundations of the colleges in Palamau, Hazaribagh and Dumka, he also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Health Minister J P Nadda.

The Jharkhand CM reiterated that medical colleges would also be opened in Bokaro, Chaibasa and Koderma.

Cost of establishment ratio – 60 % by Centre and 40 % by State government.  

Medical colleges will also be opened in Bokaro,Chaibasa and Koderma.
