Government of India, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Department of Posts, O/o the Chief postmaster General, Himachal Pradesh Circle, Shimla has issued recruitment notification to fill the vacant pots of Postal Assistant (Group C non Gazetted Cadre) vacancies.
The eligible and willing candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 05/05/2015.

Age Limit :
Candidates willing to apply for the above mentioned posts should be aged between 18 to 27 years as on 05/05/2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates desirous to apply should possess 10+2 class or equivalent examination of a recognized University or Board of a School Education or Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject.
Selection Process :
Candidates will be selected based on their required educational & sports qualification.
Application Fee :
Candidates need to pay Rs. 400/- Unreserved (OC) & OBC (Rs. 100.- for SC/ ST/ Women) to be deposited in UCR in any Post Office in H.P Circle. In case of candidates residing outside H.P Circle, they have to enclose IPOs of the Fees value in favour of CPMG, H.P Circle, Shimla – 171009.
