Delhi University (DU) is likely to introduce entrance test for the students aspiring to get admission in B.Com from the next academic year.
The entrance exam will be introduced for the B.Com students in a bid give chance to students who were unable to get good marks in class XII.
The university authority is waiting for the final nod from the admission committee.
However, the admission committee of DU does not want to take any decision in haste and hence taking time to finalize.
This entrance exam will be treated as a trial by the DU and if this pilot project is successful then the committee will make it a regular practice every year.
