CBSE to introduce tele-counselling from February 9

New Delhi

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to provide tele-counselling to de-stress students during exams.

While the helpline service will be operational from February 9 to April 29, students can dial the toll-free number 1800 11 8004 between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Principals, teachers, trained counselors from CBSE affiliated government and private schools will address the problems of the students during the counselling. Parents can also participate.

However, online counselling will also be available at conselling.cecbse@gmail.
