Bihar Board adopts digital way to evaluate class XII answer sheets

New Delhi

In a bid to avoid tampering ofresults, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will adopt digital evaluationof class XII answer sheets.

“The Board would conduct digitale valuation of answer sheets of Intermediate Examination 2017,” said BSEBChairman Anand Kishore.

While the BSEB Class XII exam 2017started on February 14 amid the question paper leak allegations, 12, 61, 793students are appearing in the state plus two examination. The exam will end on February 25.

“All the answers sheets will be scanned and then sent to strongrooms,” pointed out Kishore.  

On Thursday, BSEB expelled 306 Class XII students for using unfair means in the intermediate examination on Thursday.
