B.P.Ed holder to become Physical Education Teacher
The applicants who possess B.P.Ed Degree (Bachelor of Physical Education) have reasons to be happy now.

They are going to get their due for patience and training. Uttar Pradesh Govt is all set to consider such candidates eligible to be appointed as Physical Education Teacher (PET) in Inter Colleges.

The govt will bring an amendment to Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Education (Trained Graduate Division) rule 1983. The Secondary Education Directorate has sent a proposal regarding this to the administration.

After the completion of manual students holding B.P.Ed degree will be eligible to be appointed as Physical Education Teacher in Inter college. According to a data " A total of 45,000 seats for B.P.Ed degree holders are vacant in various inter colleges across the state."

Such trained graduates only get the offer to be a contractual teacher only in private schools or council schools. Only those candidates would be eligible to be appointed on vacant posts who would have completed their Bachelor and B.P.Ed degrees from a recognized university.
