University of New South Wales Australia Offers Scholarship to Indian Students.
The University of New South Wales, also known as UNSW Australia, has announced to offer scholarship to the students of India. This move from UNSW will brace its ties with India. This new scholarship program is aimed at providing the deserving and capable students from Indian country to get admission in the top 50 colleges and universities of the world. Many Indian students do not have financial support and resources to get higher education. This scholarship is a boon for them and a great chance to get quality education in top universities of the world.

UNSW is the receiver of the highest government funding in the area of research, out of all the Australian universities. The amount was a whopping 150 million Australian dollars. The Future of Change scholarship program replicates UNSW participation in the education globally. UNSW aims to get the best and the most bright lot of students from India. The students who are interested in the program were expected to submit a video with their application form.
 
The Future of Change scholarship program will benefit 10 students. All the ten students will receive $10,000 each. To add more, one student out of the ten students will get his entire tuition fees paid for him. This scholarship program from the University of new South Wales is especially for the Indian citizens who are residing in India.

The Future of Change scholarship program was announced by Professor Ian Jacobs, who is the President and the Vice Chancellor of UNSW Australia. Professor Ian Jacobs was on his visit to India to take measures to fortify the field of education, research and exchange of knowledge with India. He made this declaration at the Nehru Memorial Museum. He also added that India is the country where there is huge outflow of the students who wish to study abroad and it can be projected that by 2020, India will become world's fastest growing mobile student outflows. As per current status, India's higher education gross enrolment ratio is 18% while the OECD average is of 27%.
