The choice locking process in second round counseling for admission to various groups of Polytechnic programme would start on Monday and will end on July 30.
The applicants can submit their application after receiving the allotment and result processing.
The second phase of counseling had kicked off on July 16. The talks are going that a lot of seats are still lying vacant after the first phase of counseling. There are more than one lakh seats in colleges around the state.
According to an official "Those candidates can also participate in second round of counseling who has not been allotted the seats or not happy with the allotted seats."

Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC), Uttar Pradesh has decided not to take any fee from the applicants taking part in second round of counseling.
