The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will conduct Undergraduate Entrance Tests, (UET) and Postgraduate Entrance Tests (PET) during April and May, 2016, for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses for the Session 2016-2017.
Admissions will be made according to merit in the UET, subject to fulfillment of eligibility requirements and availability of seats in the particular Course for which the candidate has applied for and appeared in the Entrance Test.
These Courses have been divided into "General Courses", "Professional Courses" and "Vocational Courses". All the Courses are conducted in the respective Faculties.
Eligibility criteria:
UG programmes: Class 12th pass from a recognised board or institute.
PG programmes: Graduation degree in required discipline from a recognised university or institute.
